Code of Conduct

The Sports Creative Community (“SCC,” “we,” “us”) is a 501(c)(6) nonprofit organization focused on supporting and connecting creatives within the sports industry through events, education, media, and community initiatives.

Purpose
The SCC is a community for sports professionals to connect and grow. We prioritize professional integrity and mutual respect.

Professionalism
All members must maintain a high standard of professional behavior. Respectful discourse is required in all Slack communication and events.

Inclusivity & Harassment
We have a zero tolerance policy for harassment. This includes discrimination based on race, gender, religion, orientation, or disability.

Privacy & Trust
Respect the privacy of fellow members. Do not share internal Slack conversations or personal contact info outside the SCC ecosystem.

Promotional Content
Avoid excessive self promotion or spam. Share content only when it adds value to the collective knowledge of the community.

Enforcement
SCC Admins reserve the right to remove any member who violates these standards. No refunds will be issued for removals due to conduct.
